Hannah Sloat-Actress
Hannah is a New York City based actress, director and playwright.  As an actress, she was a member of the Original Broadway production of War Horse at Lincoln Center Theater.  She originated the role of Julie in the world premiere of Michael Weller’s Jericho. She played Vanda in Venus in Fur with NC Stage in Asheville, NC.   She has a deep affection for Shakespeare, having performed in productions  including Henry IV parts 1 & 2, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, King Lear, Macbeth, As You Like It, and The Tempest.  Other New York theater work includes The Glory of Living, for which she was nominated for a New York Innovative Theater Award for Outstanding Performance by an Actress in a Lead Role.  She served as assistant director for Eugene O’Neill’s A Touch of the Poet and Camus’ The Misunderstanding with Alex Lippard for his company Friendly Fire, and for Smith Street Stage on Richard III and The Frankenstein Project.  Her adaptation of Louisa May Alcott’s Little Women received a workshop and staged reading with Smith Street Stage.    
She recently joined Quest Players as Associate Artistic Director. 
With Quest, she has performed in both podcast installments and live performances of American Voices, and was Assistant Director for All Is Fair, Part 1, and Co-Director for All Is Fair, Part 2 during Quest’s 2021 inaugural season.
